How do I return my item(s)?
Follow the Returnly link from your email inbox to start your return. Select the reason for your return, and then click the green "Return Items" button. Don't see the email? Try searching "returnly" in your email inbox.
Is it easy to return items?
Yes! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Affix the shipping label to the package you send your return item(s) in, and drop it off at a USPS location.
What items are returnable?
Items purchased in the last 90 days (excluding items listed below).
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Items shipped to Canada.
- All underwear are final sale items. Please contact us at email@example.com for any fit or defect issues with underwear.
What is an Instant Refund?
Qualifying orders will receive an Instant Refund in the form of a digital gift card. Instant Refunds are sent directly to your email address. You can use your Instant Refund to purchase any item from our website.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. But, you can use your Instant Refund (or payment method of your choice) to make a new purchase from our website. Please message us if you need a discount code to match the discount you received on your original order.
Do I have to use the Instant Refund?
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, simply wait until we process your return, and any unused portion of your Instant Refund will be refunded to your original payment method.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we have received your return items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
